INFORMATION CONCERNING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196/20003

Filling in and sending this form, I accept all the Conditions of Enrolment and I authorize to utilize my personal data, pictures and statements for promotional and management reasons, according to the art. 10 of  
the Italian law n. 196/2003.
Personal data shall  mean any information related to natural  person that is or can be identified,  even indirectly, by reference to any  other information, including a personal identification  number. 
Identification data shall mean personal data  allowing  a subject to be identified  directly. 
The treatment of personal data shall mean  the collection ,
the recording , the organization , the conservation, the elaboration , the modification, the selection, the extrapolation , the comparison , the cancellation and the distribution of the data and the combinations of two or more of these operations.
The questions and the answers are filed only on purpose of creating an archive for internal use , which respects and guarantees all the professional duties of privacy.
